Loved the Four Streets trilogy

Loved the Four Streets trilogy. I didn't want them to end. Grew to love and care about the characters. I was kind of disappointed in part of the ending - don't want to give anything away - but given the times and the culture, I suppose this was not an unusual outcome then.

First time I have read anything by Nadine Dorries and loved (the four streets trilogy) and the final instalment The Ballymara Road did not disappoint . Will definitely look for more by this author .

The Four Streets Trilogy

I was worried this story was not going to go as I had hoped since it started off really slowly. Things seemed to drag so much that I even stopped reading the first book (The Four Streets) for a little while and read something else.
I picked it up again to see if it would eventually get better, and I am so glad I did. The rest of The Four Streets, Hide Her Name, and The Ballymara Road kept me so engrossed that I would wake up in the middle of the night to read.
I'm sorry the trilogy has ended, but I will absolutely be reading more from Nadine Dorries.
